We recently moved out of a big house in Kingston, stuffed to the gills with papers, both important and trash, art, 75 or so pieces, 30 of which we were moving to our new apartment, the remainder going to storage in New York and Florida.

Were it not for Brian, I am not sure what we would have done … we are in Florida but felt that flying, training, or driving home were too risky because of serious medical issues.

Brian worked tirelessly for and with us, every day for 7 weeks – not because he was slow, in fact he was the exact opposite, the fault was our manic collecting.

Beyond that, Brian is so bright and self-motivated, that he thought of many things and many solutions, most times several days earlier than we had. So by the time we were able to move onto a new stage, he had already worked out the logistics well in advance.
Because of Brians’s smarts, planning skills, and extraordinary work ethic, we were able to accomplish a sale that would have never otherwise happened.

I have known Brian both personally and professionally for 14 years.  I have utilized his event management skills for everything from small events in my home (or large ones!) to galas in my professional life for 400+ people.  Including a milestone event for my organization in which multiple celebrities were involved.  In terms of event planning if you want a perfectly executed event with reduced stress on you, he’s your guy! Brian also recently saved the day when working with me to clean out 55 years of “stuff” in my former childhood home.  What was an overwhelming and emotional task for me quickly became manageable and after a remarkably short period of time the entire house was empty (items donated or sold!) and the house was ready for sale.  I cannot “over recommend” him.  We all need Brian in our lives.

At a moment when we were overwhelmed with a medical issue, selling our home, buying a home half way across the country and moving, Brian comes into our lives and takes charge. Brian organized everything and took so much pressure off of us it was amazing. We honestly don’t know how we could have handled everything. We can’t thank him or recommend him enough.

Eager cash buyers wanted us out in a month. Panic (!) subsiding the moment I connected with Brian Lynch. We met, shook hands and I calmed down. Here's how it went: Timely, no late or no-shows throughout. (Super nice and efficient colleagues at Allways moving.) Persistent, Brian gently kept us on schedule. Careful, the wrapping and boxing process was efficient and sort of fun. Once moved, we were so was relieved to unpack every single item of our belongings without a single instance of breakage or disrepair. Priceless; Brian Lynch!

We engaged Brian for a year to handle what could have been a logistical nightmare:  a wedding on New Year’s Eve in Cape May, New Jersey with the bride and groom living in San Francisco and parents living in Australia and North Carolina.

Brian’s attention to detail and warm personality concluded in an extraordinary series of wedding events that flowed seamlessly and most of all, allowed us to enjoy the entire process and the big day itself!!

Brian is a thoughtful and considerate caretaker of our home when we are away. He has helped us with countless tasks, from receiving furniture deliveries to checking on all the necessary house details throughout the changing seasons.

Brian is also kind and gracious, so speaking with him is a pleasure. He is reliable and trustworthy, and has never failed to complete a task. I highly recommend Brian to anyone who needs help caring for their home. His excellent level of service sets a new standard!

Brian began working with my parents to help them move from a house they’d been in for 20 years to a new place in an entirely new town.

From the get go they spoke incredibly highly of Brian and I was so glad he was on their team to make sure everything got packed up smoothly and sensibly.

My stepmother, Robin Guenther,  is a world renowned architect and perfectionist with an inspirational work ethic and the very fact that she  put her trust in Brian, was an endorsement like no other.  Robin had been fighting cancer for three years prior and doing all she could to organize their lives should the worst happen. Brian was an invaluable part of this process.

When her health took a sudden turn for the worse and my parents were hospital-bound for extended periods of time, Brian stepped in without missing a beat and took over entirely. The move went seamlessly and the new house was unpacked and live-in ready as if it had always been their home.  Brian did it all. From running inspections, to managing contractors, electricians, plumbers, right down to interior design details.

When my stepmother passed away unexpectedly sooner than anyone anticipated, rian made sure that the house was a haven for my father and the family at every turn. The moment I met Brian  he felt like a family member, and I am certain that is part of his special gift.

He is a doer, an empath, a listener, a caregiver, and has know-how on just about anything.

I am so happy to have the honor of knowing him and I could not recommend him more highly as a personal concierge and a true friend.
