Brian is an entrepreneur who worked for decades in retail, responsible for large-scale operations and oversight of customer service for the world’s largest department store, director of bridal services, and retail operations for the most famous botanical garden.
He turned those experiences into a highly successful event planning business with a track record of delighting customers through the design and creation of lifelong memories.
Most of Brian’s business came from customer referrals and the opportunity to serve clients as they went through major milestones – engagement parties, weddings, baby showers, bar and bat mitzvahs, and anniversary parties. Famous for his attention to detail, responsible budget management, and exceptional customer service Brian turned customers into lifelong fans.
In April 2020 with events largely disappearing, Brian decided to start a new chapter in life. After successfully overseeing the sale, clean up, packing, and shipping of an estate with significant art and furnishings he leveraged his project management, operational, and customer service expertise to start “Brian Lynch – Personal Concierge Services“.
With the changes we are experiencing, he recognized a growing demand for support with downsizing, organizing, event planning, and property management.
